This policy explains how igemail.ai handles cancellations and refunds for subscriptions. If anything here does not match your situation, contact us before opening a dispute.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
We do not issue prorated refunds for unused time. Partial-period refunds are not granted unless required by applicable law or approved by us in exceptional cases.
Exceptional cases
If you spot an incorrect charge, a major technical issue, or a special situation that may justify review, contact us with the details and we will review the case manually.
